NonStop Technical is in touch with a leading automotive manufacturing firm present in the independent aftermarket on a global level. The company is hiring for a Sales Country Manager.

The role offers an excellent opportunity for people looking to increase their earning while working in the field they are passionate about! The bonus scheme is quite attractive compared to other firms in the independent automotive aftermarket (IAM). We're looking at on target bonus of about 40%, going up to 60%+ if you are overachieving. You will be able to get a higher return on your efforts and activities, while also having a very decent base salary in the meantime.

In this position you will have a unique opportunity to take your career forward by taking on a senior role and taking care of the complete scope of sales operations in the Benelux region. This is a great chance to have responsibilities on high level with a strong degree of accountability. On top, you could potentially build your own team and manage them directly. Such experience will have massive benefits for your profile and any future aspirations to go into top management.

These are the main activities incorporated into the role:

  • Working as a team with senior colleagues in order to establish solid strategies
  • Forecasting annual, quarterly and monthly sales goals
  • Developing and executing plans and strategies which will positively affect the growth of the firm
  • Managing all operations within BeNeLux such as profit, revenue, cash and quality targets
  • Creating annual business plans in accordance to the agreed budgets
  • Delivering targets related to revenue, profits and cash
  • Conducting regular contact with clients

Your profile:

  • Commercial experience in the Automotive Independent Aftermarket
  • Fluent English
  • University Degree is a plus (in Engineering / Business / similar)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Understanding of budgeting and planning
  • Being able to perform in a dynamic environment
