Our client is a global company present in 60 countries and pioneers, producers and sellers of technological solutions. They are innovating in electric mobility and producing a wide range of products: chassis and safety, power-train, interior, tires...

As a Specialist Customer Support you are the contact person in the field of quality between the customer, the plant in Belgium and the central departments of the company. You manage the full AQP (Advanced Quality Planning) to ensure customer satisfaction and needs and the PPAP (Production Part Approval Process).

We are looking for people who have:

  • Master of Industrial Sciences / Industrial Engineer.
  • Customer oriented and result oriented.
  • Independent team player.
  • Analytical and accurate.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Apply rules and regulations without difficulty.
  • Speak and write English. German and / or other languages: plus.

A day at work will look like:

  • Managing the AQP (Advanced Quality Planning).
  • Taking care of the serial release of new and / or changed products.
  • Preparation of the documents of internal / customers PPAP (Production Part Approval Process).
  • Follow-up of customer complaints, define action plans and document complaint files in customer portals.
  • Coordinate the ECPs (Engineering Change Proposal).
  • Developing or contributing to the customer strategy
  • Defining the annual action plans and the objectives of the service
