A growing medical communication consultancy that specialises in science, strategy, communication and education programs that meet their client's needs and exceed their expectations are looking for a bright and motivated individual with a strong scientific background and client faced experience to join their team as the EXPERIENCED MEDICAL WRITER.

My client is an independent agency, they work with pharmaceutical and health-care companies both large and small to provide the best service and to make sure they are front of mind with clinicians and patients. Their therapy area expertise includes cardiology, diabetes, neuroscience, infectious disease, oncology, renal, respiratory and transplantation.

This position will play a key role in leading the delivery of multiple projects and overall account management. With publications planning and strategic communication planning, manuscripts, posters and abstracts. You would also be applying your knowledge and understand the pharmaceutical industry to address the client's needs and create engaging content across a wide range of materials (publications, medical education, medical affairs, events, meetings etc.) and exciting therapeutic areas.

Successful candidates must have:

• A life science graduate (BSc or PhD)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Well organised
• Ability to work in a structural, methodical way
• Advance project management experience
• 1 year of experience as a medical writer
