We are looking to get in touch with R&D technical professionals passionate about GMP in pharma and biotech, preferably specialised in upstream process engineering, to join this highly successful Swiss engineering company that will give you exposure to main pharma and biotech companies in Switzerland, thus increasing your employability prospects and open up future career doors.

Your main responsibilities would be to secure the operational activities for assigned manufacturing projects, assess processes, take measurements and interpret data, but also designing, running, testing and upgrading systems and processes and you would be responsible to providing accurate process documentation and operating instructions, so it will offer you the chance to add up to your skills and experience as well as offering you the financial leverage of a first 12 months introductory assignment with this cutting edge Swiss engineering company, after that it could be an open end. Relocation to Switzerland is highly possible.

  • Master's Degree in a technical field or Bachelor's holder with a significant experience
  • Proven work experience in process engineering
  • 5+ years GMP experience
  • Analytical thinker
  • Great attitude and inter-personal skills
  • Growth mind set
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and German
