Social Worker - Looked after children- NO COURT
Good pay + telephone interviews
NonStop Care is looking for a Qualified Social Worker who can join a Local Authority in the South East of England, on a locum basis. You will be joining their Children in Care Team (CIC). The team does not do court work, you will just be covering work with children looked after and with asylum-seeking children.
The Local Authority has an excellent Ofsted rating. You will be supported by a permanent, very nice Team Manager. You will also have the support of an office worker, who will cover the admin work for you, taking away some of the paperwork from you. You will therefore have more time to work with the children and with their families.
This is an ongoing contract, so you will have a stable role. Most of the Social Workers tend to stay in this team for 6 - 12 months, even longer, so you will be part of a very stable team, with low turnover.
