My client is an American player who has a big presence in Europe, selling a wide portfolio of beauty products and food supplements for a healthier lifestyle. R&D and most of the production are done overseas and then afterward the products are shipped to a big distribution hub in the Netherlands. However before the products can be sold on the European market, compliance needs to be assured. For this reason, they have a regulatory team based in the Netherlands.

This is position is newly created and is there to assist the regulatory team. You will have a variety of tasks : being in charge that the right regulatory documents are stored in the right CRM systems, coordinate documentation for transport to a variety of countries, help with organising laboratories tests, help with processing customer complaints, be part of optimisation processes and projects,…This will give you a good insight in regulatory processes and allow you to start building you experience in this field. Experience with regulatory affairs is not crucial, allowing you to be trained on the job.

To be successful:

  • HBO degree in a science direction. Feeling with Food or Cosmetic products is much preferred
  • Initial working experience and looking for the next step in your career, however motivated graduates can also be considered
  • Been able to work due diligent with an eye for details
  • Fluency in English and Dutch
  • Living in the Roosendaal Area or willing to relocate
  • Valid work permit
