Due to a secondment, an exciting opportunity exists for a highly experienced Executive Officer, preferably with financial and/or accounting industry experience

Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer and working under limited direction, the Executive Officer is responsible for providing high level executive support including the coordination, contribution and development of financial papers, reports and presentations ensuring the required high standard is met.

The Executive Officer will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, exceptional attention to detail and flexibility to manage wide ranging priorities and deadlines. The position will also oversee a small administrative team.

To be successful you will need:
  • Extensive experience in providing high level secretarial, administrative and executive support.
  • Demonstrated high level of organisational skills and ability to work effectively under pressure with competing priorities and deadlines.
  • Well-developed interpersonal skills and oral communication skills with the ability to work with a diverse range of people and cultures.
  • Proven commitment to a customer service culture.
  • Demonstrated high level of knowledge of Microsoft Office packages including Word, Excel and PowerPoint with the ability to produce detailed reports and presentations.
