NonStop's client based near Somerset is seeking Social Workers for their adults services. We have changed the way we work to focus on promoting independence for everyone, so that people can do the things that matter most to them and live the life they want to live. This authority is taking measures to reduce locum social workers to encourage stability to the service. As a result of this project, the local authority is really looking to invest in their social workers and promote a "grow your own" policy. This means more chances for promotion and long term gain.
What my client offers:
- Salary up to £33,000.
