Senior Practitioner - Adoption - Family Finding & Support
My Client is an Outstanding Adoption Service in West London looking for a Senior Practitioner to join their team permanently. This is a combined role that will involve Family Finding and Post Adoption Support.
The position offers flexible working alongside excellent training opportunities.
To be considered you must have:
Social Work Degree or Equivalent
Previous experience in preparing applicants for adoption or working with Looked After Children being placed for Adoption
Completed ASYE
