Introduction
Aga Khan University Hospital invites applications for the position of Senior Assistant.
Responsibilities
You will be responsible for managing a variety of administrative and secretarial responsibilities pertaining to Pharmacy Services, including:
- handling interdepartmental and intradepartmental correspondences.
- ensuring an effective pharma-rep appointment process is being followed.
- managing flow of visitors and callers, handling their enquiries and directing them to the appropriate person.
- maintaining electronic and paper records; ensuring information is organized and easily accessible.
- assisting in organizing pharmacy events i.e. World Pharmacist Day etc.
- assisting in time and labor record management.
- coordinating with Purchasing & Supply Chain Management Department for the purchase of routine items/consumables/stationary.
- ensuring all files and respective documents are updated with current information and details.
- liaising with travel department for travel and other accommodation arrangements.
- arranging logistics for sessions, meetings or special events.
Requirements
- Graduate from a recognized University.
- 2-3 years' related experience preferably as secretary/office assistant, in a reputable organization.
- Excellent typing and filing skills.
- Excellent organizational & communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work pressure.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
