Commercial assistant - Home office - Germany
My client, a fast growing company offering cloud solutions, is looking for support on the German market.
Operating since 1999 and specializing in tailor-made, fully managed solutions, they are present on the Italian and Swiss markets and have recently expended to Germany.
We are searching for a Commercial assistant, who will be coordinating the activities on the German market.
You will be an important link between the German team and the Italian headquarters, making sure everything runs smoothly in Germany and checking in regularly for support with the Italian team.
This role gives insight and involvement in a range of different disciplines, including Sales, HR, Administration and Marketing.
We are looking for someone with a positive, can-do mentality. The Commercial assistant should be communicative and have a structured approach towards work.

- Cold calling
- Administrative work
- General HR administration
- Arranging and facilitating interviews
- Organizing travel expenses for interview candidates
- Updating job specifications
- Organising and supporting events planning, in collaboration with the marketing team
As a home-based role, this opportunity provides a lot of flexibility and freedom. Therefore we are looking for someone who has:
- Ability to write in a clear and concise way, in both English and German
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong verbal communication skills (including English language skills)
- Ability to work well under limited supervision
- A flexible and positive personality
- Previous experience in an office-based role
- Previous experience in cold calling

The role is home based (Germany)
