Job Details

This growing start-up Diagnostic company is looking for an Account Manager to become a part of their team. They have acquired other businesses which shows they can make these kind of investments and will keep growing. The CEO was taking care of the Account Management part but has no time for that anymore so they created this new position. You will report directly to the CEO showing that you are closer to decision-makers and can will have a better view of where the company is going.

You will be responsible to follow up on the current sales accounts for their flagship diagnostic product that won an award because it is innovative and easy to use for customers. The fact that the product has already a good reputation and is a unique product on the market will make you more proud about the product you are representing.

Next to that, you will also develop new relationships and try to maximise sales for a global territory meaning you will have international contacts which will make the daily activities more interesting and give you a bigger reach to accomplish your targets. Speaking about targets, the commission is uncapped which will make your earning potential higher, you will see rewards for good results and give you that extra motivation.

Profile:

  • Bachelor or Master Degree in Business related field or Life Sciences
  • First experience in phone-based or in-house sales position
  • Experience within the pharmaceutical or medical devices industry is a big plus
  • Dynamic personality
  • Target-driven
  • Independent worker
  • Fluent level of Dutch and English
