Sales Technical / Account Manager Automotive Germany Die Cutting & Adhesives

On behalf of one of my clients, I am looking for a talented Sales Technical / Account Manager with an excellent knowledge of automotive industry (OEM, tier 1, tier 2) and ideally products such as adhesives, bonding, tapes (or similar, materials). This is mandatory that you speak german at a fluent level at least.

I am looking for a commercial temperament able to apprehend both the technical and commercial aspects of the projects by being the main interlocutor of the customers and influence the decision makers in the german territory.

My client is for instance working with companies such as Continental, ZF, Mahle, Hella, Bosch ...

Here are the main missions of the future Sales Technical / Account Manager :

  • Influencing the key actors in Germany (tier1, tier2) with technical interlocutors but also procurement ones
  • Follow-up of the consultations / projects of the prospects / customers in order to enhance the new projects
  • You will work in a home office format and must plan for travel up to 50 / 70% of the time on the German territory

Required profile :

  • Experience required in the technical sale of industrial die cut components, adhesives, bonding, sealants, adhesive tapes, rubbers (...)
  • Excellent knowledge of the automotive market (OEM),
  • You already worked as a Business Developer or a Key Account Manager on these segments
  • You are willing to travel up to 50 /70% of the time on the field
  • Ability to manage, advance and complete projects
  • You speak german fluently or natively but you have a good English as well
