Duties
  • Collaborating with a team of professional and dedicated colleagues to create transformative learning experiences in students' lives;
  • Developing and delivering academic content in Leadership and Organisational Behaviour (especially on the MBA and Postgraduate Diploma programmes);
  • Teaching, including assessment of assignments;
  • Supervising postgraduate research at Master's level (and PhD-level if candidate has a PhD);
  • Contributing to research through acknowledged publications and conferences;
  • Acting in various leadership roles;
  • Participating in the administration of some departmental activities.


Job Requirements
  • Applicable Master's degree, e.g., M Industrial Psychology/Organisational Behaviour/Human Capital Management, MBA;
  • Practical experience in the behavioural sciences, e.g., leadership development, human resource management, personal development;
  • Evidence of active and continuous scholarship, together with potential to develop;
  • Experience in a senior leadership role in an organisation.


Recommendation
  • PhD in the area of Leadership/Organisational Behaviour/Industrial Psychology;
  • Facilitation experience and leadership development experience;
  • Evidence of a strong research and publication track record;
  • Experience in supervising postgraduate research.
