Team Manager - Children's Safeguarding - Good Ofsted
£40,000 - 47,057 + £2000 Golden Hello and £2000 annual retention
NonStop Care is recruiting for a permanent Team Manager who can join a Children's Safeguarding Team for a borough in the South London area. They have a Good Ofsted rating with their management being rated as Outstanding. This means you will be part of a very supportive working environment.
In this role, you will be managing a small team of experienced Social Workers. The council prides itself with having some of the lowest caseloads in the country, which means your team will be less stressed and they will have more time to focus on each case.
They also have a very clear career path, so you will have the opportunity to move into a senior management role.
