This authority has invested substantially to bring in social workers to keep caseloads low (on average 17) they are able to offer a learning environment with a leadership team headed up by a Director with an MBE who's previous experience has resulted in Outstanding Ofsteds in her 2 former London Boroughs This is a great time to join the authority on their journey towards excellence. They can offer you a longer contract with a focus on training and development, something that tends to be very scarce within social work.

They are able to offer up to a competitive rate of pay of up to £35 per hour (with an approved umbrella), plus Microsoft Teams interviews to save you time and money. This is a close knit team of only 6 staff in each team, giving you greater access to support.
