Children's Registered Manager - Progression Opportunities

Salary up to £48,000

NonStop care is working with a Residential Service in West Yorkshire in order to recruit for a experienced Registered Manager who will have the opportunity to progress into senior management roles.

The company are growing rapidly, with plans to open several homes over the next year, as well as having a meritocratic progression pathway, meaning the successful candidate will have the chance to progress into a Regional Manager role in the future.

They are also happy to support training and development for their long term staff.

The Registered Manager in this role will oversee a 4 Bedded Residential Home for Children and Young People with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties.

Please apply for this role if you are an Ofsted Registered Manager with at least 2 years of experience working with Children and Young People with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties. To be successful, candidates must have an NVQ Level 5 qualification in Management and Leadership, and an in depth understanding of Ofsted regulations.
