Children's Registered Manager - Progression Opportunities
Salary up to £48,000
NonStop care is working with a Residential Service in West Yorkshire in order to recruit for a experienced Registered Manager to join their fast growing service.
The company already have a number of homes throughout the country, and have plans to open several more over the coming months. This growth means that Registered Managers joining them will have fantastic opportunities to progress into more senior management roles.
The directors of the company operate an open door policy, whereby their managers can have a real influence on the improvement of the service, so you will be able to be involved in the direction that their growth takes.
The Registered Manager in this role will oversee a 4 Bedded Residential Home for Children and Young People with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties.
Please apply if you are an Ofsted Registered Manager with at least 2 years working in Children's Residential Services, and have your NVQ Level 5 in Management and Leadership.
