LAC Social Worker - Professional Development

Salary: Up to £34,000

NonStop Care is working with a Local Authority in the East Midlands, in order to recruit for Qualified Social Workers across a number of teams, including their LAC team.

They have a focus on learning and development, so that you can continue to grow and progress in your work with them. You will have access to coaching and training on a regular basis, as well as reflective supervision, so that you can continually improve your practice.

You will be working on an integrated Children in Care team, which works across Children in Care, Care Leavers, 16+ homeless teenagers, and Unaccompanied Asylum Seeking Children, providing support to children and helping them to make positive life choices.

In addition to professional development opportunities, they offer a competitive salary and benefits package including 24 days Holiday Allowance, paid HCPC, access to a very well regarded employee counselling service, free on-site parking, and discounts across a number of high street stores.

Please apply if you are a Qualified Social Worker with at least one year post qualifying experience in Children and Families Social Work, and active Social Work England Registration.
