Job Details
We are currently looking to hire a Senior / Principal Geotechnical Engineer to join our clients expanding Geotechnical and Ground Investigation team in Central London (London Bridge). The nature of the role means you will essentially become a number 2 in the team and not only lead in a technical capacity but also be a major part of the teams strategic development and growth.
You will be working on a diverse range of complex projects across the built environment and infrastructure. You will also not be limited by the current workload and be encouraged to explore specialist area's or clients that are not currently being provided/serviced.

The role, in brief:
Geotechnical Interpretive Reporting: Foundations, Slope stability, GIR, GDR, Settlement calculations, Basement impact assessments, earthworks
Ground Investigation: Design, Planning and Supervision of Site / Ground Investigations
Management: Team management (approximately 4-6), Line Management, Report checking and signing off, Technical leadership, Business development
Requirements:
- BSc Geology or similar
- MSc Engineering Geology or Geotechnical Engineering
- Chartered Engineer or Chartered Geologist - CEng or CGeol (or approaching)
