In the medical devices/diagnostics and pharma industry, I currently have several new opportunities for field service managers in the Netherlands and Belgium.
one of our newest opportunities is for a company within medical technology in the region of Gelderland. The successful candidate will lead a team of about 12-13 people, consisting of field service engineers, a coordinator and an assistant. Our client is looking for a candidate who has experience leading a technical service team who can motivate the existing team and come up with new ideas to improve current processes.
Main responsibilities:
- Installation Projects
- Customer management
- improvement projects
- team management
You will spend your days partly in the office, about 3 days per week, other days you will either work from home or visit customers. You will find that there is a lot of variety in your tasks and that you can take on more responsibility within the company over time.
