Key Responsibilities


  • Recruitment:

    • Fulfill all opening positions effectively.
    • Set up standard local recruitment process based on the headquarter policy and system. Responsible to improve
    • Establish divers hiring channels to improve recruitment quality and efficiency. Manage and train recruitment agencies.

    2- Employee Relationship

    • Familiar with Labor Law and talent market of Turkey.
    • Support end to end life cycle for employees from on-boarding to off boarding.
    • File employee-related documentation; maintain employee files and records.
    • Set up local HR work flow, HR related policy and procedure under the policies and guidelines framework of headquarter.
    • HR Business Partner
    • Stay closely with the Team. Listen, respond to their needs and actively help to solve the problems with professional HR tools.
    • Develop and maintain positive employee relations climate through fair and equitable application of all policies and programs, management training, management consulting and support for organizational culture initiatives.
    • Communicate closely with Headquarter HR team. Keep updating the status of local branches. Respond effectively to external/internal requests for information

    3-Others

    • Support Performance Management, Payroll and other needed HR cycle work.
    • Gradually build up local training system.
    • Support key global programs, e.g. Annual Compensation Review, Employee Engagement Survey, Talent Assessment, Leadership Model, Remuneration Survey, etc.
    • Delivery of reports within scope.

    We are looking for:

    • 5 years above in HR field with practical experience in at least 2 functions. Specialized in Recruitment and Employee Relationship is preferred.
    • Fluent English in both listening and writing.
    • Understanding, strong executive ability, detail oriented and eager to learn.
    • Process oriented and process improvement mindset to drive operational excellence.
    • Interest in medical device industry. Willing to devote and develop with the company.
    • Experienced in using SPA, SF or other HR system is preferred.
