Die Skool is een van die voorste verskaffers van internasionaal geakkrediteerde programme in Suid-Afrika. Die Skool is internasionaal by AACSB, EQUIS en AMBA geakkrediteer, 'n prestasie wat slegs 'n paar bestuurskole in die wêreld kon behaal.
Navorsing, innoverende onderrig, en sosiale impak geniet hoë prioriteit by die Skool, in die lig van USB se visie om globaal erken te word as 'n bron van waarde vir 'n beter wêreld".

To respond to the needs of a digital economy, the University of Stellenbosch Business School (a department in the SU Faculty of Economics and Management Sciences) seeks to appoint a senior lecturer in the field of digital transformation and technology futures.
The School has succeeded in establishing itself as one of the top providers of internationally accredited programmes in South Africa. The School enjoys the status of AACSB, EQUIS and AMBA international accreditations reserved for only a few schools in the world.
Research, innovative teaching, and social impact are particular priorities for the School as we have a vision to be "globally recognised as a source of value for a better world."

- Ontwikkel en lewer akademiese inhoud op die gebied van Digitale Strategie, Digitale Kwosiënt en Digitale Transformasie op nagraadse vlak;
- Bied studieleiding vir nagraadse navorsing;
- Dra by tot navorsing gepubliseer in geakkrediteerde publikasies en as kongresreferate;
- Neem deel aan bestuursonderrig en sosiale impakaktiwiteite.
- Developing and delivering academic content in Digital Strategy, Digital Quotient and Digital Transformation at postgraduate level;
- Supervising postgraduate research;
- Contributing to research via accredited publications and conference proceedings;
- Participating in executive education and social impact activities.
Job Requirements/Pos Vereistes
Lektoraat:
- 'n MBA van 'n internasionaal bekende bestuurskool met minstens tien jaar tersaaklike bedryfservaring;
- Doseerervaring in Inligtingstelselbestuurs- (of verwante) kursusse;
- Doseerervaring in 'n aanlyn- en/of gemengdeleer-omgewing;
- Die potensiaal om in hoëvlak- eweknie-beoordeelde tydskrifte te publiseer;
- Voorneme om doktorale studie aan te pak
Addisionele vereistes vir Senior lektoraat:
- 'n PhD van 'n internasionaal erkende instelling in 'n verwante dissipline met minstens vyf jaar tersaaklike bedryfservaring;
- Doseerervaring in Inligtingstelselbestuurs- (of verwante) kursusse op nagraadse vlak;
- Bewys van navorsingspublikasies asook verdere ontwikkelingspotensiaal.
Lecturer:
- An MBA from an internationally reputable business school with a minimum of five years' relevant industry experience;
- Lecturing experience in Information Systems Management (or related) courses;
- Lecturing in an online and/or blended learning environment;
- The potential to publish in top-tier peer-reviewed journals;
- Intention to engage in Doctoral studies.
Additional requirements for Senior Lecturer:
- PhD from an internationally recognised institution in a related discipline with a minimum of five years' relevant industry experience;
- Lecturing experience on a postgraduate level in Information Systems Management (or related) courses;
- Evidence of publications, together with further development potential.
Recommendation/Aanbeveling
- Gevestigde nasionale navorsingsprofiel met publikasies in hoëvlak- geakkrediteerde tydskrifte;
- Ervaring in 'n senior leierskaprol en bereidwilligheid om in sodanige rol op te tree;
- Ervaring in nagraadse studieleiding;
- Doseerervaring by 'n internasionaal bekende bestuurskool;
- Lidmaatskap van en aktiewe deelname aan die aktiwiteite van tersaaklike professionele liggame
- Established national research profile with publications in top-tier accredited journals;
- Experience in a senior leadership role and willingness to act in such a role;
- Experience in supervising postgraduate students;
- Lecturing at an internationally reputable business school;
- Membership of and active participation in activities of relevant professional bodies.
