Job Summary:

Are you looking to coordinate projects and teams to bring new medical products on the market?

My client is a biotechnical life science company, focusing on providing medical solutions. They are rapidly expanding and therefore are looking to add someone to their team. This means that you would be part of a soon to be international company which will look great on your resume and open many career possibilities for you.

They are looking for a Project R&D Specialist who answers directly to the Vice President of R&D. You would write each project from start to implementation and would oversee the manufacturing, this involves finding partners to work with. This means that you would have a huge part in actually getting new medical products on the market which you could be proud of.

Requirements:

Your Responsibilities:

• You oversee the full process of new product development, this means you are the driving force from planning to finalization.
• You make sure that projects are based on customer needs and that they are delivered within the right time frame , quality, standards and budget
• You gather feedback from clients and use this to improve the product development process
• You develop and maintain relationships with all stakeholders both internal and external
• You would work at the office in Antwerp region, Belgium the other day in Luxembourg. There is option for 1 day Home Office

Your Profile:

• A scientific degree focusing on cell cultures in engineering (Bioscience, Biotechnology, Biomedical, etc.)
• Experience in manufacturing Enzymes, RNA, Proteins or Anti-Bodies
• Experience in a GMP environment would be a plus
• Fluent Dutch and English required
