Since opening just over two years ago, the home achieved a Good rating with OFSTED within one year and has kept their entire team since opening.

It's desirable that you have a L5 in Leadership and Management of Children and Young People's Services, however, my client will consider those who can show their commitment to the field, as well as having some experience as a deputy manager.
The role is based in Dagenham.
