Country Manager Nordics - CNS/Generics

I am currently recruiting for a Country Manager position at a client active in the CNS Generics market. This is a rapidly expanding company with a recent track record of entering new markets and the Nordics is next on their list. We are now looking for a strong leader with a network in the CNS field to start up and grow the Nordic business. A good role for someone with experience in similar roles who really enjoy building from the ground up.

This position can either be based out of Stockholm or Copenhagen. Potential home flexibility can be discussed but it is important that you can at least reach one of these offices on a regular basis.

Fluency in one Scandinavian language, ideally Swedish or Danish, is required. Fluency in English is also assumed.

As this is largely a sales based organisation, we believe that a strong commercial background is highly meriting and at least 5+ years experience in more senior leadership positions, such as Business Unit Manager or similar required.
