EMEA Marketing Manager, Clinical Diagnostics, Switzerland EU HQ, international leadership position

My client is a global leader in developing, manufacturing, and marketing a broad range of innovative products for the life science research and clinical diagnostic markets. They are looking for an experienced Marketing professional to become an EMEA Marketing Manager. This role requires previous leadership position with direct and indirect reports (ideally on an international scale).

This opportunity will afford you the opportunity to leave your stamp on the industry through developing and implementing your own marketing strategies that will penetrate the international marketplace. You must be open minded, have a good sense of humour and be ready to work hard to grow this already well known company's brand.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Lead EMEA Clinical Diagnostics marketing team to foster customer focused product management, strategically aligned regional planning, impactful tactical plan implementation and KPI guided performance management

• Translate global strategy into appropriate go-to-market strategy addressing regional diversity

• Shape tactical plans for EMEA to grow regional Sales and Profitability based on regional market assessment

Who do they look for?

• 10+ experience in marketing clinical diagnostic products
• Strong knowledge of the Diagnostics industry.
• Experience in implementing and designing marketing campaigns.
• Willingness to travel abroad for workshops, exhibitions etc. or to meet key clients.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, attention to details, organisational skills and commercial awareness.
• Previous leadership experience is essential.
