IT Security Team Leader - for an international project portfolio!

Our client is one of the largest Cyber Security Consultancies within the DACH region and currently they are looking for a Team leader for their office in Berlin.

The ideal candidate should have a solid background in the field of IT-security during the past several years, with leading teams and project management.

Your Tasks:-

• Your role entails that you lead a team of 8-10 consultants both in terms of discipline and technically, while gradually building up and expanding the team.
• Coaching and mentoring your team in with regard to key competencies.
• Operational implementation of key projects as a Senior Consultant or a Project Manager.
• Contributing your technical know-how into conferences and pre-sales.

Your Profile:-

• Several years already working as a Team leader.
• Solid background and technically competent in the field of Cyber Security.
• Proven leadership skills and ability to coach and train a team.
• Willingness to travel on Business trips regularly.
• Excellent German language skills and fluent Business English.
