Team Manager Role - Child Protection and Court Work Team - Outstanding Authority
NonStop's client, a local authority based in North East London is looking for a Team Manager for its Child Protection and Court Work Team. This is an authority embracing new technology and ways of working, encouraging staff to have a better work life balance.
Ideally candidates will have some previous management experience, this is because they are looking for candidates to come in and hit the ground running. You will be leading a team of 6-7 Qualified Social Workers plus a Practice Manager, cases typically revolve around Parental Mental Health, Domestic Abuse and Court Work.
You will be joining a highly regarded authority who recently received an Outstanding Ofsted and have been applauded by for their leadership qualities. This is due to the excellent results they have been getting for children in the area, which is in small part down to manageable caseloads (18 children 2/3 cases going through court) excellent resources plus access to further education including MSC's. The authority even has a Emotional Wellbeing Team to offer consultation on cases, a great example of the joined up working they offer.
They are able to pay up to £51,450 to attract the right candidate a competitive offer in the current marketplace. This would be a great step for those looking for positons with stability in these uncertain times.
