Occupational Therapist - £55k equivalent salary - Rolling contract for 2020!

I am looking for an experienced Locum Occupational Therapist to join a growing Community service within the Anglesey region to work 37 hours per week.

They support clients within the Community to increase levels of independence through collaborative goal setting for daily activities, as well as providing equipment and assistive technology that helps them to remain living independently in their own home for as long as possible.

What they can offer you:

• Competitive hourly rate - Up to £28.00 hourly (Salary equivalent is just under £55k)
• Consistent contract length - Your contract will be renewed at 2 month intervals.
• Flexible working - The authority in question operates and agile working policy and will allow an element of home-based working.

What your role will involve:

Manage your own caseload effectively and efficiently.
Work effectively within a fast paced service to meet service timeframes of assessment within 48 hours of service commencing, and complete timely reports.
Deliver holistic assessments of clients care needs and housing adaptations.
Provide appropriate equipment, Assistive technology and arrange Minor adaptations.
Work effectively within a multidisciplinary team to support the efficient running of the reablement service.Work closely with reablement colleagues to ensure positive outcomes for all clients.
