Supervising Social Worker - Therapeutic Fostering Agency
Salary: Up to £34,000
NonStop Care is working with an Independent Fostering Agency in the North West to recruit for a Supervising Social Worker to join their team on a permanent basis.
They have a therapeutic approach, providing specialist support within the Safe Base model to children who have suffered trauma or adverse childhood experiences.
This is a family owned Fostering Agency who have a Good Ofsted, and have been providing a high standard of care and support for more than 20 years.
The Supervising Social Worker in this role will manage a protected caseload of up to 14 families, located around the Lancashire area. You will also complete some Form F Assessments and provide training to Foster Carers.
