To be successful you will have a strong experience in group IV or group III/V semiconductor materials and will be able to demonstrate experience in semiconductor device fabrication in a clean room environment. In addition you will have a background in laboratory photonic experimentation with critical evaluation and interpretation of data and hold a PhD** or equivalent qualification related to semiconductor processing or integrated photonics. Experience in silicon photonics (group IV) or group III/V based semiconductor material processing is critical.
