Supervising Social Worker - Training Opportunities
Salary: Up to £34,000
NonStop Care is working with an Independent Fostering Agency in the North West to recruit for a Supervising Social Worker to join their team on a permanent basis.
They support the professional development of their Social Workers, offering a lot of opportunities for training and development, so you can develop your skills.
This is a family owned Fostering Agency who have a Good Ofsted, who work within the Safe Base Therapeutic Framework, providing specialist care and support to their Foster Families.
You will be responsible for a protected caseload of 12-14 Fostering Households in the Lancashire area. The role will involve supervision, recruitment and training of foster carers, as well as occasional participation in an Out Of Hours Rota (paid additionally).
They offer a competitive salary and benefits package which includes car allowance and Perkbox membership, as well as plenty of flexibility to work from home on agreement with your manager, so you can have a better work/life balance.
Requirements:
- Social Work Qualification
- Social Work England Registration
- Min 1 year experience in Fostering
- Driving License and access to a Vehicle
