Adults Locality Team based near Wolverhampton
An improving local authority based near Wolverhampton is seeking experienced Qualified Adults Social Workers to be part of a locality team that focuses on improving outcomes to vulnerable adults and their carers.
Requirements:
- Social Work England Registration
- Extensive social work experience within an adults locality team setting
- Mosaic experience
Qualified Social Workers within the locality team will be working directly out in the community to assess and support adults. As you will be working with Older people and families, the main is is to build relationships and work towards outcomes in the long term. In return the role and authority will offer you more job satisfaction for you as you will be able to see the result from start to finish and experience the impact of your work.
The role will be based from home due to Covid and they will just attend visits out and about in the community
