Manager, Customer Services; Nijmegen region, Netherlands
A medium size healthcare company experiencing a decent business growth, has now decided to look for a Manager Customer Services to lead a team of 16 people and help them grow further.
Whilst being a crucial member of the management team you will have the opportunity to lead Customer Service team consists of 3 business units plus the logistics department. Your department will ultimately be responsible for an optimal customer experience when fulfilling an order. Together with your team you ensure the correct and smooth handling of order requests, quotes, purchasing from our suppliers, customer questions etc. You will be reporting directly to General Manager.
Location - in the region of Nijmegen, the Netherlands
- At least 3 years of experience in a managerial in a customer services set-up
- Strong on people development
- Fluent Dutch & English
