Team Manager - Looked after children & Fostering Combined

I'm currently working with a local authority that is transforming their service to create better support for everyone within their children Social Care services.

As such are offering a unique opportunity for an experienced Team Managers to join them on this journey within their Fostering and Permanency team.

This position would offer you an opportunity to delivery of a high-quality Placements Service. Your practice will be supported as you join a strong management group dedicated to promoting positive change.

With your team you will ensure that the right actions are taken at the right time, meaning that all the not only would your voice be heard but you will also be a part of a supportive management team.

My client has the ambition and the drive to make there local authority one of the best within the south west region, there resent OFSTED was not good, however this presents you with the opportunity to be a part of change for the better and helping an authority really improve its service to children & families.
