My client holds an opportunity for a Head of Finance, to be based in our Luxembourg, reporting to the CEO and with perspective to take the lead on all financial operations as well as business intelligence. Alongside the leadership team you will be involved in strategic planning and partnerships with Finance internal and external stakeholders.

This family owned business has a highly ambitious growth plans in the pharmaceutical and medical device technological domain. With best seller, a strong pipeline our client is involved in OTC, Speciality care with an FMCG style focus. Open to initiatives, we are looking for a Finance processional with international exposure and strong leadership.

As a Head of Finance, you will be responsible for preparing the company structure and operating rhythms for strategic partnerships. Growing the business intelligence department you will be a key stakeholder for the growth to come (Countries, products, TO, ...)

Essential Duties & Job Functions:

- Expansion financing (strategic planning)
- Team management (Accounting, BA, Controlling, Reporting, Fiscal, Consolidation, ...)
- Build a Business Intelligence department and allocate resources therefor.
- Ensures that all financial processes in line with Tax, Legal and overall policies.
- Reconciliations to ensure integrity of financial information
- Manage and handle the growth scenarios
- CAPEX, expenditures and forecast will be in the heart of your activity.
- Complex strategical problem solving with Top Management (affiliates Finance management)

Essential

Staffs the finance department and ensures the full utilisation of resources.
Displays excellent negotiation and problem-solving ability thanks to leadership and a clear communication.
People management is essential (training, planning, , prioritisation, performance management, objective setting, recruitment and plan execution).
Must possess excellent strategic thinking.
Organisational skills, including ability to follow assignments through to completion (bias towards execution)
Able to successfully perform complex budget management with an understanding of revenue forecasting.
A total of 6/8+ years of experience in finance functions at management level with people management experience

An experience in Financial Leadership position in the Pharma, FMCG, Dermatology fields at an international level would lie as a strong advantage in order to hop-on as the right arm of teh CEO on Financial topics.
