Director of Student Services

What we are looking for:
Director of Student Services (DSS) is responsible for the overall operations of one of several pods of Application Advocate teams within Enrollment Services including supervision of employee performance in day-to-day activities.

What you'll do:

• Monitors performance and compliance of Application Advocate team
• Mentors and supervises an Application Advocate team
• Maintains and submits records/reports in a timely manner
• Communicates with partner schools via email and phone
• Researches best practices
• Collaborates with other departments to leverage Application Advocate services
• Other duties as assigned

What you'll need:

• Required: Bachelor's degree
• 1-3 year's of higher education, customer service, or leadership experience
• Experience working with higher education
• Experience with call center and customer service operations
• Proven leadership skills with prior supervisory/management experience
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to adapt to and interact with different personalities and communication styles internal and external to our organization
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with fellow employees, students and college administrators
