Our Client is a privately-owned, innovative pharmaceutical company with more than 10 years of history and a growing presence in the international markets. As it counts about 200 employees worldwide, the company structure is lean, the line of reports is well-defined and the production process is fast and agile. The company core business is the development, manufacturing and commercialization of high-quality, niche medications covering a wide range of therapeutic classes. Therefore, you will be able to develop a very exclusive profile and to build a set of rare capabilities and skills that are well-expendable and very much researched in the pharmaceutical industry.

For their production site in Ticino, they are currently looking for an Engineering and Maintenance Manager with the following skills:

  • previous experience (5 to 10 years) in a similar role in a pharmaceutical company;
  • must have worked with finished pharmaceuticals (injectable, solid oral, liquid);
  • management and coordination of engineering projects, process machines, control systems and / or automation;
  • maintenance management (preventive and predictive maintenance)
