Team Manager- Safeguarding £1000+ PW Take-home

This local authority is committed to increasing standards of Children Social Care across the council. My client is located in a diverse and exciting borough where people can enjoy a great work-life balance. It encompasses world renowned nature reserves, accessible businesses and retail centres, top class leisure facilities.

I am working on an exciting Team Manager position within the safeguarding service, my client is after an experience Team Manager who will be in the position to guide their team during this difficult and uncertain times.

As a Team Manager, you will have responsibility for the delivery of high quality social work services through a child's journey, you will have support from the area Manager, you will be working closely with the Senior Social Workers, Assistant Team Managers and Senior Practitioners within your team to ensure that the right actions are taken at the right time, in the best interests of children and their families.

You will be responsible for ensuring high quality and timely assessments lead to effective planning and interventions with the most vulnerable children and families within your locality.

This position also comes with £600pcm tax free and a competitive package, interviews are being conducted on a first come first served base's.

Candidates need to have post-qualifying experience of working with children & families in context of current legislation.
