Fostering Team Manager - Career Progression
Salary - Up to £42,000
NonStop Care is working with a Children's Charity in the North West to recruit for a Team Manager to join their Fostering Service on a permanent basis.
They have a Good Ofsted, and have been providing support to families in need in the North West for more than 50 years. As a charity, any profits are reinvested back into the improvement of the service, and into helping the children in their care to achieve their full potential.
The Team Manager in this role will deputise for the Registered Fostering Manager, and will lead a team of experienced Social Workers and Support Workers in delivering a high standard of service.
This role offers exciting career progression opportunities, as they will also consider a very experienced Supervising Social Worker who is ready to take the step up into management.
Please apply if you are a Qualified Social Worker with extensive experience in a Supervising Social Worker or Team Manager role. You must be registered with Social Work England and have a Full UK Driving License and access to a vehicle.
