Safeguarding and Assessment team Social Worker needed URGENTLY- Duty every 6 weeks - West Midlands

NonStop is currently looking for a Qualified Social Worker to start urgently in a Safeguarding and Assessment Team based in West Midlands.

Our client is a local authority that has received a lot of funding to help develop the service and expanding their teams to help reduce level of caseload for each team member, giving you a better work life balance.

They operate on the 6 weeks rotation for S47s and S17s duty within the team daily. This is to ensure the caseload is manageable, with the support and supervision from management to give you time to complete your tasks.

If you are keen to be apart of an exciting journey of improvement, this role is for you! Our client welcome feedback from social worker and keen to take on suggestions to better the service. They are on the road to provide excellent Social Work Practices.

During the current pandemic, you will be provided with equipment to work from home with many visits being done virtually to keep you safe.
