A small clinical research consultancy is looking for a CRA to support in different studies, with sites spread over Belgium, The Netherlands and Germany. The CRO has around 15 people working for them and when they are in the office they take lunch together so you will have a better personal contact with everyone and know who to approach for certain questions.

In your role as CRA you will do everything from site initiation to monitoring visits and close out but will not have to travel too frequently. You will also get the flexibility to work from home or in the office close to Ghent so you can combine it well with your private life. The CRO also provides regular trainings meaning you can keep up-to-date with the newest developments in the industry and you can keep learning.


  • Master Degree in Life Sciences, or equivalent by experience
  • First experience as CRA for the pharmaceutical industry
  • Experience with independent monitoring is required
  • Fluent level of English, Dutch and/or French
