My client focuses on the development of oral delivery of peptides and proteins for chronic diseases and immuno-therapy thanks to an innovative formulation technology, which applies bioengineering to mimic naturally occurring processes.

They are looking for their next Analytical Lab Leader to join them in a full-time permanent position within a highly motivated team in Basel!

Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Lead the analytical method development, validation, and equivalency processes for APIs and finished products.
• Responsible for the site-to-site analytical method transfer.
• Preparation of operational budgets/CAPEX.
• Traveling involved.

Who do they look for?

• Degree in Life Sciences.
• At least 10 years of experience in Analytical Chemistry and Biotechnology.
• Hands-on experience with techniques such as HPLC, UPLC, LC-MS, GC, IC, and knowledge on equipment maintenance.
• Experience in the preparation of regulatory documentation - with preferred exposure to major health authorities.
• English fluency. German or French preferred.
• Eligible to work in Switzerland.
