My client, an industry leading company, is recruiting an Account Manager to cover the Flemish part of Belgium and establish new business opportunities in Netherlands. Working in this role you would be managing an extensive portfolio of company's Flemish accounts, expanding your professional network and further developing existing relationships. Truly exciting challenge lies in developing new business relationship in the Netherlands, where you could apply your sales acumen and further your experience and skills as a Sales professional. You would be representing the Molecular Diagnostics portfolio of company's products which includes an innovative integrated all-in-one diagnostic solution. Requirements:

Job Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Reaching the territory sales targets.
    * Scheduling customer visits to develop and grow regional sales.
    * Developing business relationships by telephone, email and face-to-face visits.
    * Supporting and managing distributors network in Europe.
    * Identifying leads, targeting and developing new opportunities for the company.
    * Keeping the client database updated
    * Working closely within the sales & marketing team to assist with necessary actions.
    * Continuing to develop technical expertise learning from our R&D and technical support team.

Qualifications:

  • Molecular biology educational background, lab experience within Molecular Biology.
    * Experience in the Molecular Diagnostics is an advantage.
    * At least 3 years of proven sales experience.
    * Organised and proactive with a strong sense of responsibility and team spirit.
    * Good sales skills, proficiency with standard computer tools.
    * Languages: English & Dutch, French is an advantage.
    * Flexibility: 60-70% travel required across the territory.
