Job Details
NonStop Consulting is working with a well-established and reputable medical devices firm in Switzerland. They're currently expanding their sales team and are looking to hire a new Sales Representative.
This is a great opportunity to join an elite firm where you can develop your career, learn new commercial skills and generally improve your career perspectives.
You will work with an excellent product range which is corresponding to the latest technology trends on the market. This will help you in your commercial activities with clients and will generally make you more knowledgeable within the field.
Your activities will include:
- Fulfilling your sales targets by delivering products and services to doctors, hospitals, health care facilities, purchasing organisations, alliances, etc.
- Providing needs based technical support and instructions to doctors, nurses, pharmacists, etc.
- Developing and maintaining an annual business plan in the areas of sales forecasts, contingency plans, risk management and more.
- Developing relationships with key clinical and external decision makers.
- Working in a sales team in a collaborative way.
- Evaluating and identifying new product ideas.

Your profile:
- Experience in sales within the medical devices field, ideally surgical devices
- Ideally possessing a nursing or medical background
- Fluent in Swiss German, French, English, while Italian is a plus
- Willingness to travel when needed to visit customers
- Excellent communication and team-work skills
