Children's Home Registered Manager - Good Ofsted

Salary - Up to £45,000

NonStop Care is working with a Children's Residential Service in the North East in order to recruit for a Registered Manager for one of their homes.

They are a well established service with a very good reputation. The home has a Good Ofsted, and provides a very high quality of therapeutic support to the children and young people who are looked after within the home.

The Registered Manager in this role will oversee a 5 bedded home for children and young people, many of whom have emotional and behavioural or learning difficulties. The home has a therapeutic approach, with a clinical psychologist on the team to provide specialist support.

You will be joining a very stable, experienced team, many of whom have been working within the home for several years. This is a smaller residential service with a personal approach, where each team member is valued, and where you can have a real impact.

They offer a very competitive salary package, as well as a number of performance based bonuses.

Please apply if you have previous experience in a management role within Children's Residential Services. You must have a full UK drivers license and access to a vehicle. Preference will also be given to candidates who hold a Level 5 qualification in Management and Leadership for Health and Social Care.
