Supervising Social Worker - Therapeutic IFA
salary: £34,444 plus £4,500 car allowance
NonStop Care is looking for a Supervising Social Worker who can join a well established Independent Fostering Agency in the Derbyshire area.
The Supervising Social Worker will be joining a therapeutic Independent Fostering Agency. They provide therapeutic training so you can develop your skills in this area. They are Gold in Investors in People, which proved that they invest a lot in the development of their people. You will have access to plenty of training and also you will have the opportunity to progress your career with them.
They are a not for profit IFA - this means they are re-investing their profit back in their services, making sure they are constantly improving.
The Supervising Social Worker will have a low caseload of about 10 - 12 foster carers. The caseload is around Derbyshire / Nottinghamshire area. You will be linked to their office in Chesterfield, however you can work from home sometimes.
