Senior Practitioner - Family Support Team - Positive Working Environment

Our client is a local authority based near Hounslow, looking for experienced Senior Practitioner to join their Child Protection Team. This team provides targeted interventions for children and young people assessed as needing help and protection.

As a Qualified Social Worker you will be responsible for supporting children and young people with multiple complex needs, including those who have a plan of protection and children in the care of the local authority. The team is responsible for exploring alternative permanence options for children and young people who may not be able to safely remain in their parents' care, by exploring legal options under the Public Law Outline.

Requirements:

• Social Work England registration
• Social Work qualification
• Extensive experience working with children, young people and their families
• Ability to deliver high quality assessment, care plans and reports

Renowned for our training and support, you will be provided with four-weekly supervision from experienced managers and access to Management and Leadership training through the West London Alliance and Leadership Apprenticeship Programme.
