NonStop Care is working with a Local Authority in the Berkshire area, in order to recruit for a Social Worker who can join their Family Safeguarding Team. They have a Good Ofsted with Outstanding features and also they had a recent positive JTAI inspection, which is important in terms of safe practice and development. This means you will be joining a very nice working environment.

They have a low caseload, between 14 to 17 which is manageable. The caseload is close to their office, the furthest one is about 4 miles away, so not far at all.

They are using the Family Safeguarding Model and this is how they reduced their caseloads a lot. This is a multidisciplinary multi-agency service, with Court Workers, Psychologists, Mental Health Workers, Domestic Abuse workers, Substance misuse workers, and 2 Adult Social Worker. Since using this model, they reduced their care proceedings to 37%.

They also have a very clear career path so you can progress your career with them.

They offer a very good salary, depending on experience, and they are looking to interview as soon as possible.
